Circular Letters on Registration and Hotel Reservation

Below please find information concerning the Registration and
Hotel Reservation.

Registration and Visa Invitation
========================
Most congress members have completed their registration and
obtained their visa. However, some have registered but did not supply their passport information so that we cannot send an
invitation for their visa application. Some have registered but did not pay the registration fee and so we do not know if they will come or not. We would like to remind these congress
members that if they wish to obtain an invitation for visa application
from the Congress secretariat, please send an email to
jingma@ciccst.org.cn, with your registration ID number and passport information. An invitation will then be sent by both fax and airmail.

Hotel Reservation
===============
The local organizing committee has blocked a large number of hotel rooms for congress members. Reservation of these rooms
however is subject to a deposit of US$100 before August 10.
We urge those who have not sent in a deposit to send it as soon
as possible. If you have reserved a room without paying a deposit, it may happen that the hotel you chose is full. (This is because the hotels cannot keep a large number of unsecured reservations.)
But there is no worry about it. In this case we will try our best to locate another hotel for you. Beijing has many hotels for incoming
visitors. You can surely find a place to stay in after you arrive.
