Second Reminder for Early Formal Registration and Submission
of Abstracts

Dear Colleague:
This circular letter is a second reminder to you about the deadline of
early formal registration and submission of abstracts for ICM2002.
The deadline for early registration is
April 30, 2002 (ONLY SIX DAYS AHEAD!).
Please note that those who have made pre-registration should
also make formal registeration to confirm their participation.
The registration fees for participants registering
before
April 30, 2002 is 240 US dollars(students: 120 US dollars).
After April 30, 2002, the registration fees will be 280 US dollars
(students: 140 US dollars).
Those who have not registered are strongly encouraged to make your formal registration right now! You can register on line at

or download a registration form at

The deadline for submission of abstracts is May 1, 2002. All participants who have made formal registration will have the opportunity to present their mathematical work at ICM2002,
provided they have submitted an abstract before the deadline and their abstracts have been accepted by the Local Scientific Committee. More detailed information about the submission
